Cancellation and refund policies

1. Cancellation by Backcountry Guide

Due to differant variables as weather, avalanche danger or snow condition, the tour might be cancel. The guide is the only person who judge if the conditions may be considered safe and/or if there are any suitable and acceptable options to pursuit the tour.
In case that the guide choose to cancel the tour, the clients have the option between : reciving a full refund,  to postpone the tour or reciving a voucher.

2.  Cancellation by the Customer(s)

If for any reason the clients cancel the tour, the following fees might be applied. Backcountry guide reserve the right (up on review) to make exeptions for extraordinary reasons ( as medical ect.).

Cancelletion up to 7 days before the tour         FREE
Between 7 and 3 days before the tour               50% of the total price
